Beach Villas sits directly on Lagoon 2, the second of Ko Olina’s four lagoons. Also known as Honu Lagoon, it’s your beach setting right at the resort. A sandy crescent, ocean air and a shoreline path are part of the setting you come home to.
Start with a walk by the water. Stay for an unhurried beach afternoon. Your private condo is back within the resort whenever you’re ready to return.

This high-floor end unit pairs an ocean-view lanai with room for up to six guests. Two king bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the condo. In the living room, two comfortable Thomasville chairs each fold out into a twin XL bed, giving guests five and six their own sleeping space.
Cook breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, open the living space to the lanai, and settle into a stay that feels like your own. Two bathrooms and in-unit laundry make longer island days easier.

Your stay includes the Beach Villas amenities described on this page. Access to Four Seasons or Aulani pools and other guest-only facilities is not included. Nearby dining, golf, and experiences are independently operated; check availability, access rules, and any charges directly with each provider.
How many people can stay, and where do they sleep?+
The condo accommodates up to six guests: four in the two king bedrooms and two in the living room, where two comfortable Thomasville chairs each fold out into a twin XL bed. There are two bathrooms. Please ask the host about accessibility, pets, children’s equipment, or any specific requirements before booking.
Is there a minimum stay or renter age?+
There is a six-night minimum stay, and the primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Direct stay requests can cover 6–180 nights, with at least one day’s notice, within the next 12 months. All dates remain subject to host confirmation.
When can we check in and out?+
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m., Hawaiʻi time. Contact the host before booking if you need a different arrangement; early check-in and late check-out are subject to approval.
How does a direct stay request work?+
Choose open dates on the calendar and send a stay request for host approval. Submitting a request does not hold dates or confirm a reservation, and no payment is collected on this website. Your host will follow up about the itemized quote, booking terms, and next steps. An approved request blocks those dates on this website; connected booking calendars can take time to refresh. You can also book through the Airbnb and Vrbo links.
